With over 10 years broad experience as a skilled and respected APC RICS Building Surveyor Paul has gained specialist knowledge in this field with a good understanding of construction technology, building pathology and remedial actions. He is also aiming to become MRICS Chartered within the next 6 months.

We provide expert witness services in relation to claims under various legislation to address housing disrepair and fitness for habitation matters. Paul has undertaken many HDR instructions nationally and carried out inspections and produced specialist reports on behalf of several housing disrepair solicitors for both the defendant and claimant under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985. He is familiar with undertaking P35 responses, joint expert statements & producing associated Scott Schedules. This work has provided Paul with strong insight into matters of disrepair and the consequential effects in terms of occupants ‘health and wellbeing’.

As a qualified Party Wall Surveyor MFPWS he can provide expert advice on any party wall matter you may have with your neighbours. With a pragmatic and practical approach Paul can advise on your best course of action, serve notices on your behalf, carry out Schedules of Condition and serve Awards if required.
